10 Days Returns & Exchange Policy

If a gemstone purchased in Loose form is returned and found to be in as it is condition as dispatched to you that, then 100% of its value is refunded or exchanged after following deductions:

• • Shipping and Insurance
  • Payment Gateway Charges
  • Packaging and Handling

*Note: Gem should be in original unused condition and should be returned along with accompanied Invoice, Certificate and packaging. Once received, it will undergo quality check by our Gem Inspection and valuation team before refund / Exchange in processed.

For Jewelry Returns, upto 25% of the complete order value will be deducted (Gemstone should not have signs of wear and tear). Since our patrons and customers trust us and purchase through faith, we also try our best to keep the deductions minimum and only deduct the Expenses / Charges that we bear on your order before cancellation
