We only sell 100% Original & Govt. Lab Certified Gemstones only. Govt also authorizes us to deal in Original and Certified Gemstones and all kinds of Precious / Semi-Precious Jewelry

As we mentioned, we only deal with 100% Genuine, Natural, and Lab Certified Gemstones; we guarantee and allow you to get the gemstone tested in any Govt. Authorized Gemstone Testing Laboratory even after purchase. If, in any case, the lab certifies that the gemstone purchased from our platform is synthetic or fake, we will gia ve you a 100% refund within 7 days of receiving the gem / Jewelry back with the lab Certificate stating the same. No deduction of a single rupee will be made in this case.

We offer this guarantee so that you can purchase without worrying otherwise. Since we already get the gemstones tested before purchasing, there is no chance of any lab certifying the gem as synthetic.

For loose gemstones, you can return within 10 days of receiving the product. To return, you can directly reach us at 7300003076. Complete amount can be adjusted in your next purchase or refunded in your bank  account after deducting Shipping & insurance Charges.

  For gems studded in Ring or Pendant, Making Charges will be deducted. Upto 80% of the gem value will be refunded depending upon the condition of the gem (scratches)

For loose gemstones, your order  will be dispatched on next working day and for Finished Jewellery, it will take 3-5  business days.
